We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us! If for some reason the fit isn't quite right, or the colour is not quite what you expected, then we will happily offer you a FREE exchange for something else or a FULL refund for the item (as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and all the tags are still attached) if you return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

If you would like to exchange an item you pay for the postage to send the item back to us, but we send the exchanged item back to you FREE OF CHARGE. (For orders outside the UK, we will exchange once free of charge to you.)

Many customers order several items for selection before deciding on which ones to keep. This is no problem at all.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to send items back to us, just incase they get lost in the post, so that you can claim for their loss. We will endeavour to process your return as soon as we receive it, but at busy times it may take us up to 10 working days.
