Maxifullness has been designed for people with a small cup size. Ideal for AA or very small A cups.

They are slightly convex at the back which ensures a snug fit and gives the appearance of a much fuller breast shape, and will enhance your size by up to one cup size.

Are Maxifullness right for me? If you are naturally very small busted then Maxifullness are for you. They are flat at the back so fit well to a small AAA/AA cup size. Get ready for a whole new breast size, they'll give you instant curves! Medium are ideal for 30-34 around the back and Large are better for wider chest sizes, 36-40.
We recommend this silicone enhancer to boost to your bust size and shape. It also gives a super cleavage.

Being very smallbusted (AAA), I cannot say how happy these made me! They feel very natural, look great and really make a difference. I can't imagine being without them now. Minor con: they are fragile, so I'd advise everyone to be careful with them and keep them safely in the box when not worn (as advised).

These are fantastic! Bought these Xmas last year for my office meal and looked brilliant under my boob tube dress, I'm petite and a size 32B and these made me look a minimum of 32C which was great!

I would not be without this product and I also have the smaller ones to wear with an underwired bra. They are comfortable and can we worn all day. They give a very good shape particularly under tight fitting jumpers. Why would anyone put themselves through the trauma of surgery when these items are available. The service of the company is first class and I like the fact that the items come in boxes without any notice on the outside to show what the product is. I have been using these products for many years and have always found them most satisfactory. I would certainly recommend them to any and all of my friends.

Delivery and customer service was excellent cannot praise the staff enough especially for chistmas delivery. My mum loves them true to size she says very comfortable easy to wear and makes a big difference, she now has a new confidence about her. Brilliant product that I would highly recommend to anyone who has misshapen /smaller breasts (my mum had surgery which left one breast different size to the other) excellent quality too. Have been wearing these since max cleavage first started, gives me real confidence, and no one knows! Very natural once they have warmed to your skin they stay in place for absolute confidence! I wouldn't use anything else! Best thing is gives you the best of both worlds, as I don't wear them to exercise boobs get in the way!

I'm a very small size A and these enhancers fit perfectly in a B cup bra, giving a full, natural looking shape that blends in to the existing breast. They are also very comfortable to wear and don't move out of position. Recommended.

Excellent shape for me as I'm a very small AA cup. They really gave a good fit and no gap so I'm really pleased with them. I did need a bigger bra to fit them in as they made me look like a B cup...wow! So you may have to invest in a bigger bra to fit them into. But I'm not complaining! Never been a B cup in my life so I'm very happy :O)
