Common Questions we receive about ordering from us

If I place an order with MaxCleavage, how will my credit card details be safe?
We use industry standard security (SSL) to ensure the safety of your credit card number. Every time you enter your card details they are encrypted before they are sent over the Internet. Your card details are 100% safe when ordering through our site.

How can I return or exchange all or some of the items that I have ordered ?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify our customer services staff before returning the goods (unworn and undamaged) within 14 days. Please note that MaxCleavage cannot pay the cost of return postage. When sending goods back to us, please ensure that you ask for a free certificate of postage from your Post Office. If the goods are lost in transit to us, we cannot be held responsible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How can I cancel my order ?
You have up to 7 days to cancel your order, if the order has already been despatched to you, then you must pay for the cost of return postage. If you wish to cancel your order, please email our customer services team, or call us as soon as possible on UK 0845 230 2377 (International +44845 230 2377)


Will your products be suitable for me?
Our products are recommended for people over the age of 14. If we are informed that our products have in any way caused offence we will investigate the claim.

Charges- When will you take my money?
We only charge your credit card on the day that we ship your order out to you. If you are sending us a cheque we will pay this into the bank on the day that we have the items in stock to be able to send out your order, and not before. The cheque will show as debited from your bank account the day that we pay it into the bank, but it will not clear from your account until a full 5 business days after this day.

What if my items are not in stock or you only have part of my order available?

We aim to have 100% in-stock availability. However, if we cannot complete your order in full we will send out the items we do have and put the other item(s) on back order. We will send out the back ordered items as soon as they arrive in stock. This can take up to 28 days depending on the manufacturer but we will always contact you by phone and email to advise you of any delays. This will give you the option to either cancel or wait for the order.

Please note that your credit card will not be charged for any goods that we cannot send out to you immediately and you will not be charged any extra postage for back ordered items.
