Fast Delivery
We aim to ship your order the same day as the order is received by us. However, if an item is not in stock, then we will try to contact you by phone and / or email to let you know the date that we will be shipping the order to you.

Our shipping partner is the UK Royal Mail service, and all the orders that we send out must be signed for when they are delivered. If you are not available to sign for your order then it will be stored in your local sorting office for 1 week after the date of delivery, and must be picked up during this time.


Discreet Packaging

We guarantee that all MaxCleavage orders and brochures are sent out in plain packaging, so no one else will know what you have ordered or from who!

Paying by cheque / postal order / International Money Order?
If you dont have a credit card or you would prefer to pay by cheque / postal order / international money order, this is no problem.
Simply use our website to add the items to your shopping basket as normal, then go to the checkout. Select your country from the list, and then enter your address details. Before clicking the 'Next' button, print this page out and send it along with payment in sterling (GBP £) to our office shown below. Please ensure you include your address details, and a daytime contact telephone number with your order. On receipt of your order, we allow 15 business days days for your cheque to clear before sending out your order.

Guarantee
All our products carry the manufacturers guarantee of 30 days. In the event of a defect with the product, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can rectify the situation with the minimum of inconvenience to you.

Pricing
All the products that you see on our web site, and in your shopping basket are priced as accurately as possible. In the event that an error occurs with our shopping basket software, and the wrong price appears when your order goes through our system, we reserve the right to change the price of any item to the correct price before taking payment. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will contact you and inform you of the situation. For all items under £5 we are unable to issue a refund or exhange, due to the low price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds / Exchanges
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 10 working days. This may take longer at busy times. e.g. Christmas, Valentines...
