Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us! If for some reason the fit isn't quite right, or the colour is not quite what you expected, then we will happily offer you an exchange for something else or a FULL refund for the item (as long as the item is returned within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, and all the tags are still attached)! Please note that we do not refund the original postage charge. If tops are being returned please make sure you post them back to us in the original box to prevent denting through the post. Tops sent back in bags or envelopes will not be accepted, only briefs can be sent in an envelope.


Please note - sale items are exchange only.

If you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund please package all unsuitable items up in the original box and add a note containing your name, mobile or telephone number, full address, reason for returning the items and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. If you are in the UK you will need to follow the link below, add in all your details, and then print out the barcode and attach securely to your parcel. Then just take it to your local Royal Mail post office and make sure you hold onto the receipt

If you are outside of the UK please refer to your return form included inside your parcel. For any advice on exchange items please contact us on our UK number 0207 118 2377 Monday-Friday 9-5pm or email  If you would like an exchange, we send the exchanged item back to you FREE OF CHARGE. (For orders outside the UK, we will exchange once free of charge to you.)

Many customers order several items for selection before deciding on which ones to keep. This is no problem at all.

If sending back items from outside the UK, please fill in the customs declaration form to say returned goods, and mark clearly on your parcel to say "Returned Goods- returning to country of origin UK" to avoid any customs charges.

We will endeavour to process your return as soon as we receive it, but at busy times it may take us up to 5 working days. In addition to this it may take your bank up to 5 days to process the refund payment to credit your account.
