I just wanted to say thank you.
I phoned for advice on Friday 10th July at 5.58 about a bra that i needed urgently that was on back order. I was sure it wouldn't be answered as it was 2 minutes until closing on a Friday! Not only did someone answer, but she was able to advise me of an alternative that was in stock, she even offered to put the sale through for me (even though by this time i knew it was after closing) I REALLY appriciated the time she took with me and didn't let on at any point that it was time for her to go home for the week. I recieved the strapless bra yesterday and it is indeed a perfect replacement and i now fill out my strapless dress i am wearing to a wedding tomorrow.

I would just like to say how delighted I am with the product I have just received, and service from you. I urgently needed a backless and strapless bra to wear with my wedding dress – I’m getting married next week – and found one on your site, but I thought it was too late to get it in time. I ordered it on Friday and it came Saturday! I cannot tell you how pleased and relieved I am to have it – I had to change my wedding dress at very short notice and thought my wedding day was about to be ruined, as I couldn’t find anything to go underneath the low back strapless dress. I originally ordered a bra from your website, I loved it sooo much that I asked my husband to get me a few bras as my Christmas gift. I'd just like to say a huge THANK YOU. I came across your site in a magazine and glimpsed at the advert and thought, Yuk, another huge boobed bra-selling site!? But when I actually bothered to read it, I had a look on the web and I am now a fully-fledged addict. I've always had small breasts and a rather average frame; I am only 21 and seeing all my friends grown into D's (yes really, every single one of them?) has been rather depressing to say the least. I have considered surgery, I have wasted money on herbal pills and even tried a hypnosis tape in an effort to get bigger breast? nothing worked. Your site has FINALLY made underwear shopping enjoyable for me, I have found more confidence because I can fill out my tops and have a cleavage; and because my breast remain the same size, I am actually coming to terms with what is under the bra as well.

I just wanted to let you know that you guys did a great job with my order. I called the number on your website, and spoke to a very helpful young lady, whose name I didn't catch (This was Julie!) She had an excellent knowledge of all the products you carry and very quickly understood what I needed, directing me to products on your website. We found one I liked, but it wasn't listed as available in my size. But this girl (I really wish I'd got her name) was sure you had it and checked with the warehouse and found it! Despite the fact I only asked for standard delivery, thanks to a speedy dispatch, I actually received it THE NEXT MORNING!
