UK RETURNS ARE FREE!
We will endeavour to process your return as soon as we receive it, but at busy times it may take us up to 5 working days. In addition to this it may take your bank up to 15 days to process the refund payment to credit your account.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from us!
If you have ordered something that isn’t quite right, please return it back to us in the original box (or a similar sturdy replacement) within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund your card or PayPal account. Please note that we do not refund the original postage charge. For UK customers there will be a return sticker already inside your parcel so please stick this to the front of your box.
You must use the box your order came in (or a similar sturdy replacement) as we cannot accept returns if items are damaged in the post when being sent back to us.
Please note that if you return anything to us, it remains your property until it physically arrives at our warehouse, and is signed for, so please use our free service or an alternative trackable method.
We cannot refund you for items we do not receive.
If you are just sending back briefs you can just use an envelope, that's fine!
All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and all tags/labels must be still attached.
If you would like to try a different size, colour or style then please go ahead and place a new order on out website and we will send it out to you as quick as we can!
To return back to us simply use the return label included in your parcel and stick this on the front of your box, package all unsuitable items up and take to your local Royal Mail post office, please hold onto the receipt they give you and keep this safe until you hear from us. We will always send you an email to confirm as soon as we have opened your parcel, be sure to check your junk folder just in case our messages go straight there.
If you have thrown the paperwork included in your parcel away don't worry you can still create your returns label by following the 2 steps below
If you live inside the UK:
STEP 1. Click on the link to Download the UK Returns Form. Print this out and fill in all the details and add inside your parcel. (There is already a copy of this in your original parcel so you can use this instead if you still have it)
STEP 2. For FREE returns, follow the link here, add in all your details (your Unique reference is your order ID, if you do not have this to hand please email email@example.com and we can check this for you) and then print out the barcode and attach securely to your parcel. Then just take it to your local Royal Mail post office and make sure you hold onto the receipt. (If you do not have access to a printer then don't worry just follow the link below and you can download the confirmation email to you phone and take it to your local Royal Mail post office and they can print it for you.)
STEP 3: It does take a few days for your return to reach us via royal mail, so please be patient we will process your return as soon as we receive it.
If you live outside the UK:
If you are outside of the UK please refer to your return form included inside your parcel. Please also fill in a customs declaration form to say returned goods, and mark clearly on your parcel to say "Returned Goods- returning to country of origin UK" to avoid any customs charges. I'm afraid we do not cover the cost of postage to send items back if you are outside of the UK.
