Unfortunately sometimes our suppliers in the UK and overseas let us down, which affects our service to you. If for whatever reason we cannot complete your order in full we will send out the items we do have and put the other item(s) on back order. We will send out the back ordered items as soon as they arrive in stock, free of charge to you. This can take up to 28 days depending on the manufacturer but we will always contact you by phone and email to advise you of any delays.
