WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ORDER ISN'T QUITE RIGHT?

We have worked hard over the years to make sure we offer on our website a vast array of gel bras in a variety of colours, fabrics, cuts and sizes to make sure we have something for everyone.  We expanded our range to include silicone enhancers as well as a beautiful gel swimwear collection to go along side our popular gel bras and for every product on our site we include detailed imagery and descriptions including the type of gel inside and how much boost you will get.  We want to be as transparent as possible about the product so you know exactly what you're getting but don't forget if you have any questions about any of our items please email customer.services@maxcleavage.com or call us on 0207 118 2377 Mon-Fri 9-2pm and we will be happy to help.   

 

But sometimes you receive your order and it's just not quite right.  Perhaps it's not fitting correctly, or it doesn't quite go with the outfit you had in mind, there may be many reasons why you don't feel like it will work for you and we want you to know that changing your mind is absolutely fine.  One of the beauties of ordering online is you can, in the comfort of your own home, try several items on and see what will work perfectly for you and what won't.  We wanted to make sure that ordering from our website is an easy and stress free process and that returning unsuitable goods was just as straight forward.   There are just a few simple rules to follow to make sure you are eligible for a refund - firstly you must keep all the tags on anything you try on, please try items on in a smoke free environment and make sure you do transfer any deodorant marks.  We must receive your order back in the same condition you received them so you must use the original packaging including the original box or a sturdy similar replacement and finally you will need to post items back to us within 14 days of receiving them.

 

It is free to return your order back to us from within the UK and as long as all these conditions are met we will refund your card or PayPal account.  Please note that we do not refund the original postage charge.
