Returns

For UK returns, we provide a convenient return service. A return postage charge of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of returning your item(s).

If you have ordered something that isn’t quite right, we would love to be able to help you find the right item for you, so please click here to contact us.

If you need to return something to us for a refund, no problem, please use the original box and follow the steps below:

Please log into your MAX account on MaxCleavage.com and click on the order that you need to send back to us. You will be prompted to add your reasons for why it wasn’t suitable, but please do let us know any issues you had as your feedback is so important to us!

Once your return request has been submitted we will review and email you back within 48 hours with details of the next steps. 

More Information...
Once your return is approved and we receive your returned items back, we will endeavour to process your return as soon as possible. However, during busy periods it may take up to 2 working days to process.

In addition to this, please be aware that it may take your bank up to 10–15 working days to process the refund payment and credit your bank account. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Please return all items back to us in the original box (or a similar sturdy replacement) as we cannot accept returns if items are damaged in the post when being sent back to us. Returns need to be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund your card or PayPal account. Please note that we do not refund the original postage charge. A return postage fee of £2.50 will also be deducted from your refund for UK returns.

Please note that if you return anything to us, it remains your property until it physically arrives at our warehouse and is signed for, so if you are sending from within the UK please use our approved return service or an alternative trackable method and make sure you hold onto your receipt from the post office/courier.

If you are just sending back briefs you can just use an envelope, that's fine!

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and all tags/labels must still be attached.

If you would like to try a different size, colour or style then please go ahead and place a new order on our website and we will send it out to you as quickly as we can!

Many customers order several items for selection before deciding on which ones to keep. This is no problem at all.

Please note all our products are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase.
 
International Customers:

I’m afraid we do not cover the cost of postage to send items back so please choose your own courier, we recommend using a tracked service. Please also fill in a customs declaration form to say returned goods, and mark clearly on your parcel to say "Returned Goods- returning to country of origin UK" to avoid any customs charges.
