I have received my order but it's not quite right, how do I send items back for an exchange?

I am sorry we no longer offer an exchange service, but when you received your order it should have included details of how to return an item to us for a refund if it is not quite right for you.  If you have misplaced this form then please just add a letter to your return parcel that contains your contact details including name, email address if you have one, home and/or mobile number, postcode that you placed your order under, and ideally your order ID number which you will find on your invoice.  You must send any bras, basques, tankini tops or bikini tops back in the original box (or a similar sturdy alternative) to ensure they are not dented in the post and we recommend you use our FREE UK returns service or if you are overseas then please use a trackable delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels until we have received them.  If you would like to try a new item we recommend you place a brand new order on our website.
