Please can I have the tracking number
All of our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and once we have dispatched your parcel you will be emailed your tracking code so you can keep an eye on your parcels status on the Royal Mail website. However if you are worried about your parcels whereabouts then please email customer.services@maxcleavage.com with your name, postcode, email address, and ideally your order ID number which would have been in your confirmation email when you placed the order.
